Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to ensure the efficiency of our logistics and supply chain operations.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments, including Operations and Finance, to develop cohesive business plans, emphasizing the importance of teamwork. Experience in project management, combined with strong leadership and communication skills, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the company’s supply chain strategy.
  • Analyze shipping and delivery process data to identify bottlenecks and other issues.
  • Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain updated inventory and supply chain records.
  • Train and support team members.
  • Propose cost-effective solutions to improve supply chain processes.
  • Resolve incidents (e.g., delivery delays, accidents).
  • Collaborate with different departments to create aligned growth plans.
  • Establish and enforce safety guidelines for all stages of the supply chain (handling, transportation, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in supply chain processes.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure better terms.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager or a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Professional experience with relevant software (e.g., SAP MM).
